Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently and accurately operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
