Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
