Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
