Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures
- Perform stocking activities and meet physical demands of the role
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Proficient in operating equipment and cleaning duties
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team setting
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience desirable
