Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and conduct store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies, perform cleaning duties, and handle merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
