Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to the management team.
• Adhere to cash policies, inventory guidelines, and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
