Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through customer service, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure the store operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
