We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
