Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining merchandise displays, processing purchases, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, report product issues, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of working with store equipment and adhering to cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
