Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating a cash register, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational skills including cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
