Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. This role involves merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work with team members to communicate effectively and address any issues.
• Assist in inventory management and report any discrepancies to management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and other store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
