Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange products on shelves neatly
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Proficiency in general cleaning tasks and company policy adherence
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
• Prior work experience in retail environment preferred

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience desirable.
