Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers by providing top-notch customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping visits
• Communicate clearly with team members and report feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in cashiering and customer service
• Able to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Capable of adhering to company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in retail settings is preferred

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
