Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Carry out customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and operating cash registers.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
