Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
