Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow established company policies and procedures to uphold store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
