Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and create attractive displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on product inventory and customer issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
