We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain a tidy store environment, and assist customers with shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash handling, and equipment operation.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate clearly, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience valued.
