Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Assist in inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
