Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism at all times.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
