Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product feedback and any operational issues to management
• Participate in inventory management tasks
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
