Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and procedural improvements.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Skilled in operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
