Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily merchandising and stocking tasks.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
