Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products.
• Operate cash register and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
