Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
