Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management to enhance the customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
• Perform store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
