Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and the store management team
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
