Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, assisting them throughout their shopping journey.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate important information to store management.
• Assist in inventory management, including conducting regular inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
