Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by handling various tasks such as cashiering, stocking, and providing top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and assist customers with their purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
