Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory counts as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
