Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborating with team members and conveying clear communication to management.
• Assisting in inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently and accurately operate a cash register.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
