Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge may be considered.
