Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
