Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) principles
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Report product issues and inventory discrepancies
• Participate in store inventory counts
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and uphold data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Capable of using retail equipment and maintaining cleanliness
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
