Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and follow ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
