Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, customer service is exceptional, and the overall shopping experience is enhanced for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient and accurate cash register operation
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
