Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating the cash register efficiently, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, and Professional Skills by following outlined guidelines.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skills to safely operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
