We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated customer service and cash register skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
