Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat displays, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform general cleaning tasks
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk around the store

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of operating store equipment and following company policies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
