Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
