Join ALDI as a Full Time Store Associate and play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
• Adhere to security and confidentiality guidelines
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and related equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
