Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and conduct store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Understand and apply company policies and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Meet state and local regulations for selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
