Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and comply with company policies.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, security, and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience a plus.
