Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
