Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store surroundings, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold document security, and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and moving around the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering courteous customer service and operating a cash register accurately.
• Ability to use equipment such as hand jacks, scrubbers, and balers safely and efficiently.
• Skilled in general cleaning procedures, communication, and multitasking.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
