Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service, assisting shoppers effectively
• Communicate with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe equipment operation (e.g., electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber)
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capability to multitask and work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience advantageous
