Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashiering, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
