Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness to company standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
