Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to uphold ALDI's standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
