Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store by stocking shelves and displaying merchandise neatly.
• Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
